Why did you decide to sell?
We were looking to capitalize on the hot West Chester market. We wanted more privacy and to find the home to raise our family.

Best part of your selling experience?
The new technology. Having a text come across my phone for a showing. It streamlined the process and made it more efficient.

The nerves of- "what if they back out of buying our home" !

What advice would they have for future clients or what would they have done differently?
Trust your gut. Make a list of the most important things and start there. For me, it was the natural light, which is the best feature in our new home! And call Susan!
